When you submit a book, it will go directly to a short list of qualified and pre-screened editors, who will keep it only as long as needed; the editors you don’t select will delete it from their computers quickly – the editor you choose to work with will keep the manuscript for about six months in case you need revisions, changes or backups.
The manuscript will not be sent to anyone else. Your email or personal contact details will not be shared.
